Gloamthane

Gloamthane Keep answers to a black dragon dressed as a charming host. Nightlease, his vampire thrall, greets the party as master of the keep. Seamwright, a patched house servant, bars the doors they should not open. Play Nightlease as the false final. When he falls or the dragon rings the tower, Gloamthane is the true landlord, and Seamwright keeps the exits locked.
